Three Cherry Hills Village properties top February home sales

Former racecar driver Alex Figge sold a 10,000-square-foot mansion in Cherry Hills Village for $8 million last month.

That sale was one of three in Cherry Hills Village that topped February sales in the Denver metro, according to MLS data.

The home at 37 Sunset Drive was purchased by Delaware-registered 37 Sunset Drive LLC in February. Figge and his wife Amy bought the property for $4.8 million in June 2021.

Gina Lorenzen with Kentwood Real Estate DTC represented the seller and the buyer.

Figge previously sold a Country Club home for $6 million in 2020.
