Carlisle Corp. is again asking for more time to close on the financing of its ambitious One Beale tower project Downtown — and it has gone from two towers to more of a cluster of buildings.
In documents released today by the Downtown Memphis Commission's Center City Revenue Finance Corp. (CCRFC), the developers have asked the board to extend the deadline to close on a previously approved, 20-year PILOT (payment in lieu of taxes) incentive.
