HPI Real Estate Services & Investments is teaming with California-based developer Hugh Horne on a joint venture focused on building self-storage space.
The new venture, called HPI Horne Storage, has broken ground on its first project, a 134,000-square-foot facility in Far West San Antonio, and it has several more properties planned over the next five years.
