Retail and restaurant hub, the Colony, finally at capacity


There has always been buzz around the Colony since it opened two years ago in midtown Phoenix, and now the retail and restaurant hub is full with local tenants.

The retail center on Seventh Street has signed four tenants during the past few months. Since opening, the Colony, which consists of two separate buildings, has had a few tenants come in and out.
