Equity, the commercial real estate firm in question, occupies what was once the home of Red Roof Inn. The firm says it fits Columbus Inno's focus on innovation thanks to its use of analytics and its position at the "cutting edge of the integration of healthcare and retail," a spokeswoman said in an email.
