Country Club Bank seeks court ruling on HUD-controlled co-op housing’s accounts

Country Club Bank is asking a federal court to determine who gets access to the Parade Park Homes bank accounts after the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development took over the housing cooperative in November.
