L’Oréal acquires Australian luxury beauty brand Aēsop for $2.5 billion


L’Oréal has signed an agreement with Natura &Co. to acquire Australian luxury beauty brand Aēsop for $2.5 billion.

Brazil-based Natura & Co. also is the parent company of The Body Shop and Avon Products.

Aēsop sells hair, body, skin, home, and fragrance products with sustainable formulations and plant-based ingredients housed in signature amber packaging.
