Artessa Development nears groundbreaking on senior co-ops in Golden Valley, Mound, Shakopee

This spring the developer expects to begin work on a senior community overlooking Lake Minnetonka in Mound and another on land once part of the Golden Valley Country Club. A third project is in the works for Shakopee.
