Pattee Group buys second building along Milwaukee’s King Drive, seeking businesses to fill it

Milwaukee developer Ryan Pattee has bought a second vacant building along North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and plans to refill it with a grocery, event space or other new business.
