A Valley man faces his federal sentencing hearing this week, while the final defendant in the case, from Utah, will have his hearing on July 24. Those sentencing proceedings come on the heels of the official paperwork being filed last week related to the late June sentencing hearing for key defendant Ira Gaines, who had previously cut a plea deal with prosecutors.
