In Mesa, old-school neon signs are cool again. The city is helping businesses pay for them


Over the past three years, the city of Mesa has given out $215,000 to a total of 32 businesses to help them install neon or neon-like signs. City officials spoke to the Business Journal to explain why the program has been deemed a success.
