The East Bank has become prized property as a result of Metro approving the stadium plan and releasing a sweeping "Imagine East Bank" roadmap on how to revitalize a nearly 340-acre swath of Cumberland River waterfront reaching from the stadium area to the site where Oracle Corp. owns land for an office campus that promises 8,500 jobs by 2031.
