Full Tilt gym to open on Eastern Parkway in the Highlands

Full Tilt is owned by Ryan Galanaugh, who also is co-owner of Nadus Films. Galanaugh, a longtime mountain biker and skier, became interested in fitness after he relocated to Louisville and became a CrossFit athlete.
