Nineteen Hyaku’s Japanese cuisine coming this month

The establishment is led by Chef de Cuisine Ruben Pantaleon and will feature a "robust menu" that includes sushi and handrolls alongside "well-sourced proteins and vegetables prepared on a traditional Japanese Robatayaki grill."
