Medical office buildings, senior housing in the cards for Novus Innovation Corridor

Catellus Development Corp., the master developer of the Novus Innovation Corridor, will need to finalize negotiations before the buildings would go through design and zoning in 2024 before breaking ground sometime in 2025.
