How ‘Top Chef’ came to make its Milwaukee home in an unassuming Oak Creek building

A former printing ink plant in Oak Creek for a short three months was transformed into a cooking arena to film some elimination challenges and judge’s table sequences for the Milwaukee season of "Top Chef."
