In a step that pushes Yards Brewing Co. closer to taking full advantage of its 70,000-square-foot Northern Liberties headquarters, the Philadelphia-based craft beermaker has added a canning line to its 5th and Spring Garden streets facility, where it is also now offering guided tours to the public.
"One of the reasons we had to move was for the canning line," Yards founder and president Tom Kehoe told the Business Journal.
