Another big project tied to developer Chris Milam stumbles at Bee Cave City Council; Site plan denied

The Terraces project would bring restaurants, offices, condos, and townhouses to Bee Cave near RM 620. It's run into a roadblock over discrepancies between its site plan and a development ordinance.
