AJ Capital Partners pays $87 million for Belle Meade Plaza

AJ Capital Partners now owns the land it needs to redevelop the Belle Meade Plaza shopping center. The site currently houses a 200,000-square-foot retail footprint that includes Kroger and a 1960s strip mall.
