Alabama health care system hit by ransomware attack


Three Alabama hospitals have been hit with a ransomware attack.

According to a statement from DCH Health System, the attack is limiting the health system's ability to use its computer system unless a ransom is paid. The health system is working with federal authorities to restore systems, according to the Tuscaloosa News.
