Last year was a record year when it came to million-dollar homes selling in the Pittsburgh region, and it looks like 2019 is shaping up to be another banner year.
“I think we are seeing people having a confidence in the economy, interest rates have been stable and low, and buyers have more buying power and are making the decision to invest in their dream homes,” said Linda Honeywill, an agent with Berskhire Hathaway HomeServices. “I think we are going to continue on.”
