Kansas City-based architecture firm Populous has opened a new office in Dallas — its eighth in the Americas and 15th globally — to open more business in the South and in emerging markets in Central and South America. Meanwhile, last week Populous was named the architect of the Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium south end zone expansion and renovation in Austin.
