Arthur’s Wine & Liquor on Poplar Avenue rebrands to D’s Spirits & Wine, under new ownership


Black had looked at a few stores to potentially buy when he went to Arthur's. He liked what he saw — that it was spacious at over 4,000 square feet, that there was no bulletproof cage for protection.
