As FAA rejects River Market building heights, KC looks for resolution at a higher altitude


Kansas City officials seek to change how the FAA weighs new building heights and how they affect traffic at the Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport. This year, the agency determined that at least two River Market apartment proposals would pose a "substantial adverse effect" to aircraft.
