Ascent developer Gokhman challenged by more modest project — his east side house

After years of planning, design and construction, business partners Tim Gokhman and Ann Shuk of Milwaukee's New Land Enterprises are moving into two, side-by-side modern houses they had built near Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Milwaukee.
