Brian Meehan was excited when he saw George Webb Restaurants trending on Twitter, but he wasn’t surprised.

As the president and co-owner of Milwaukee-based Celtic, an advertising agency, Meehan has handled the diner chain’s communications and marketing for the past several years. Most of that time, Celtic’s work focused on driving customers to the restaurants. But the strategy shifted earlier this month.
