A medical office building on Huebner Road built in 2016 is on the market after its developer, TRESHA-MOB LLC, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last fall in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Texas.
CBRE’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets and Texas Healthcare Investment Properties Group are marketing the 9618 Huebner Medical Office Building, which is scheduled to be sold at auction on March 27.
