Belger Cartage Service Inc. is expanding its metro-area operations by doubling the space it's leasing in Lenexa and improving the surrounding 20 acres.
The new lease will add to the 72,000-square-foot warehouse the company already operates at the location, 9801 Alden Road. The improvements to the surrounding acreage will make it efficient for storing the company's heavy equipment, CEO Evelyn Craft Belger said in an email.
