A co-owner of the Sheetz convenience store chain in the Mid-Atlantic has sold a recently completed mansion on the Intracoastal Waterway in Boca Raton for $14 million.
G. Robert Sheetz sold the 9,333-square-foot home at 1160 Royal Palm Way, in the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, to the Bellissimo Land Trust, with attorney Andrew B. Blasi as trustee. The price equated to $1,500 per square foot.
