AEP Charter Imagine Broward LLC, an affiliate of Portland, Oregon-based Charter School Capital, sold the 71,935-square-foot school at 9001 Westview Drive to Imagine at Broward, a nonprofit that lists Brian A. Schlang, Luann Comes and John Gerun as directors. The buyer obtained a $19.2 million bond through Zions Bancorporation.
