David Grutman, the owner of Miami Beach nightclubs LIV and Story, will open three food and beverage concepts and a retail store in Miami Beach in fall 2019.

Researchers at IBM might have a little much too time on their hands: They've come up with a system they want to patent that will deliver coffee to office workers using drones.

And these drones won't just deliver coffee to those workers who request coffee: The drones will also deliver coffee to those who are sleepy or rundown who the drones “think” might need a caffeine pick-me-up.

After years of waiting, Houstonians will finally get to shop at Whole Foods Market's 365 grocery store.

Located at 101 N. Loop West, 365 Independence Heights opens to the public Aug. 22. Click through the slideshow above to check out the new 365 store.
