A new festival coming to Baltimore this fall will spotlight the city's historic Chinatown and the contributions that Asian Americans continue to make to the community today.

Downtown staffers are recommending approval of a $60,000 grant for the newest incarnation of Slider Inn.
The Downtown Memphis Commission's (DMC) Center City Development Corp. will take up an exterior improvement grant request for 363 Mulberry St. at its Wednesday, Aug. 15, meeting. Former “Top Chef” contestant Katsuji Tanabe, best known for his kosher taco spot MexiKosher in New York, will open his first restaurant in the D.C. area in Clarendon in September.
