A week after the new Bistro Aix spring-and-summer dessert menu went live at Bistro Aix, Forking Amazing pastry chef Michael Bump announced an updated dessert menu for Cowford Chophouse.

Legendary troubadour Bob Dylan has launched a Nashville-based line of whiskeys.

The New York Times revealed the Heaven’s Door brand this weekend. According to the report, Dylan has teamed with Marc Bushala, the co-founder of Angel’s Envy (a bourbon that is now owned by Bacardi), to launch the line, which includes a straight rye, a double-barrel whiskey and a Tennessee bourbon.

A defamation lawsuit against Nashville restaurateur Randy Rayburn has been dismissed by a second court.

The Tennessean reports that the Tennessee Court of Appeals ruled unanimously on April 20 that the lawsuit was without merit. A trial court originally rejected the suit, which was filed in February 2017, in July.
