Talking Virtual Reality for Architects and Clients
We’ve been using VR for a few years now, primarily for 360-degree rendering and we share those with clients through Samsung Gear headsets in the office.
Overall clients love it. It blends both seeing the design of their project with the novelty of being able to use a VR headset. We’ve had a very positive reaction and it’s certainly a real asset to our design process.

One Valley CEO speaking out on importance of DACA workers to business
The CEO of Wildflower Bread Co. is speaking out in support of workers in the country illegally but who have been deferred from deportation by a federal program.
Louis Basile, the company's CEO, said many employees with Scottsdale-based Wildflower receive protection from the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, that allows those brought to the country as children to remain.

A former Oakley antique mall is being transformed into an incubator kitchen that will be open to the public, the Enquirer reports.
The owners of Eli’s BBQ, Elias Leisring and Drew Simmons, are in the process of creating Oakley Kitchen inside the former Duck Creek Antique Mall at 3715 Madison Road.

On Thursday evening, a coworker and I were walking toward the parking garage behind Nationwide Arena. We were heading to the News & Brews gathering at Mikey's Late Night Slice before the Blue Jackets and Capitals met for Game 3 of the NHL playoffs.

Entertainment center says it’s coming to Roseville Galleria
An entertainment company with attractions such as bowling lanes, food and arcade games says it's coming to the Westfield Galleria at Roseville.
Round One Entertainment Inc., which began in Japan and expanded to the U.S., lists the Roseville location as “coming soon” on its website. Its location in the mall, which is the Sacramento area's largest shopping center, is unclear.
