A national fried chicken restaurant is seeking franchise operators to expand its footprint in Hawaii.

Paris Banh Mi has about 30 restaurants, mostly in Florida. It serves an array of banh mi sandwiches, which traditionally features a French baguette, pickled vegetables, a pate, and a variety of meats.

Clean Juice has added more than 200 store units since it began franchising in 2016.

The 10,000-square-foot space, located next to Brooklyn Bowl and concert venue The Fillmore, was previously home to Apocalypse-themed restaurant Mad Rex and short-lived seafood concept The Fin. “I did my homework completely through the whole city, and I didn't see anything like our menu,” the founder says.
