One of West Sacramento's busiest commercial corridors has a proposal for a place to get a craft beer and food truck eats.

Leah Van Osten, a co-owner of Jefferson Boulevard proposal The Kickback, said the combination of local craft beers on tap and a rotating food truck component is inspired by what she's seen elsewhere.
