Grant Nelson is the new executive chef at W.A. Frost & Co. in St. Paul
Roughly a decade ago, Grant Nelson stepped into the kitchen of landmark St. Paul restaurant W.A. Frost & Co. for the first time as a line cook. Now, he's back, helming it as executive chef, a decision cheered by some longtime servers who worked with Nelson back then.

Build-your-own salad chain Crisp & Green has reached a development deal with a franchise partner to open 40 restaurants, part of a plan to expand into 15 more states by the end of the year.
