The owners of local restaurant and bar chain University of Beer are adding a new tiki bar concept to their business portfolio.

Eat Street Crossing Food Hall has announced its final concept, Sushi Dori, a chef-driven sushi bar that will feature creative sushi rolls, rice sandwiches, and a variety of snacks.
