Swing Time Golf LLC proposes creating a new indoor/outdoor golf driving range at 19950 Johnson Drive in Shawnee.
According to documents submitted by Kansas City-based architecture firm LOOK Design Studio, the Shawnee-based golf entertainment facility developer is requesting permission to build a 9,200-square-foot facility with a bar, lounge and golf pro shop in the city's Valley of Champions corridor.

Jim’s South St. cheesesteak and hoagie shop posted renderings of their new building on their Twitter account Sunday afternoon along with a new year's message that says they will open this year.
“Happy New Year to you and yours. We're beyond thrilled to share some early plans for our rebuild. Can't wait to see you again in 2023!”

Almost exactly five years after setting out to become a farmer, Christa Barfield has established a number of businesses and a nonprofit foundation to that end, the newest of which she will debut mid-year.
