Chop5 Salad Kitchen opened its first restaurant in late 2016 at 2044 Polaris Pkwy. Restaurants in Orlando and in Boulder, Colorado followed, as did the Covid-19 pandemic, which put many restaurant plans on pause.
But Chop5 is anticipating a busy 2023, including expansion around Columbus and the launch of a franchising program.
