Bank invests millions in New Mexico nonprofits
More than $2.5 million is going to two New Mexico-based nonprofits.
On Thursday, Birmingham, Alabama-based BBVA Compass gathered clients and other leaders from Homewise Inc. and the New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund to announce it was going to invest $2.8 million to the two organizations.

Equifax cybersecurity breach affected 2.4 million more consumers not previously identified
Equifax Inc. (NYSE: EFX) said Thursday that its 2017 cybersecurity breach affected an additional 2.4 million U.S. consumers that had not been previously identified.

American Express has filed a lawsuit against the film production company, alleging it is owed more than a million dollars.
The Weinstein Co. has not paid the $1.4 million balance on its account, per the lawsuit filed in New York and obtained by Variety.
