Chapel Hill investor charged with stock manipulation linked to deli with $100M market cap


A Chapel Hill investor is charged in what's described as an “international market manipulation scheme" that artificially inflated the share price of a New Jersey deli producing less than $40,000 in annual revenue to a market capitalization of $100 million.
