After a few years of testing and learning, a locally based fast-casual chain is ready to grow.
Chop5 Salad Kitchen opened its first restaurant in late 2016 at 2044 Polaris Pkwy. Restaurants in Orlando and in Boulder, Colorado followed, as did the Covid-19 pandemic, which put many restaurant plans on pause.
But Chop5 is anticipating a busy 2023, including expansion around Columbus and the launch of a franchising program.
