The Clayton Town Council recently approved plans for nearly 850 new homes that will be built to support the Copper District, a first-of-its-kind mixed-use development in Johnston County.
Clayton approved two separate projects proposed by Cary-based Craig Davis Properties that together make up 848 new homes.
