Colorado’s new home listings hit record low in December, report says


As 2022 wrapped up, single-family homes in Denver and beyond were slow to hit the market and sell, according to the Colorado Association of Realtors' most recent report.

December saw a 30.1% year-over-year drop in new single-family listings to hit the market throughout the state (3,105 compared to December 2021's 4,439). And Denver metro market saw a similar pattern with new single-family listings falling by 28.1% from December 2021 to December 2022, when only 1,661 new listings hit the market.
