The Green Bay Packers will team with three developers to build about 220 residences and a 130,000-square-foot office building as part of the Titletown development near Lambeau Field in Green Bay.
The residences will include up to 150 units in an apartment building, ranging from studios to three bedroom-units. The remaining 70 to 90 residences are anticipated to be a mix of three different styles of townhomes available for ownership.
