Company that built new KCI terminal kicks off new $532M project in nearby Leavenworth

This is the largest federal project undertaken in the state of Kansas since the announcement of the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility more than a decade ago. Construction is scheduled to take place over a three-year period.
