In the coming weeks Chris and Danielle Bjorling, the husband and wife team behind The Copper Hen Cakery & Kitchen on Eat Street in Minneapolis, will launch a coffee and wine bar in downtown Minneapolis and a burgers-and-shakes venture in Minnetonka.
