Cushman & Wakefield IPO won’t affect Hawaii


Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world, said Thursday that it plans to go public, but the initial public offering won’t affect the firm’s Hawaii affiliate, Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks.

ChaneyBrooks became a Cushman & Wakefield affiliate in early October after ending its affiliation with NAI Global, but the firm’s ownership under its president, Steve Sombrero, didn’t change.
