A Dallas-based cidery is bringing its "cidercade" concept to Houston and Austin.
Both new locations of Bishop Cidercade will have 30-plus ciders and wines on draft and open later this year, the company announced on Facebook June 15.
Bishop Cider Co. opened in Dallas in 2014. The original Cidercade in Dallas' Bishop Arts District followed in 2016. The company is owned by Joel Malone, Allie Jacobs and Craig Ward and brews its own ciders, which it sells alongside other companies' ciders in its taproom.…
